For all patients. Intended for patients who have not seen our Physiotherapists for more than 6 months or have a new injury you would like us to look at. We will complete a brief history combined with a physical examination. This hands-on assessment will help guide a focused plan of action to assist in your recovery. Treatment will be included in this visit.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
