This is a 45 minute “focus or one sided” acupuncture treatment option. This option is good for someone looking to work on a single problem in a shorter, "focused" session. Acupuncture treatments include one or more of the following: acupuncture, acupressure, tui na (massage), cupping, moxibustion or gua sha (scraping). Lifestyle and dietary suggestions may also be discussed.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
