ICBC Early Access Concussion Recovery (EACR) Assessment & Report | Part 1 with Physiotherapist
For eligibility to the program, any health care provider on the customer’s treatment team (with a supplementary MD diagnosis documentation for customer concussion where possible) may refer a customer to the EACR Program, directing the referral to the customer’s ICBC Recovery Specialist so that ICBC can review whether customer meets the eligibility criteria for funding approval.
