WSBC Physiotherapy Assessment
Your assessment will only be able to be direct billed to WSBC if your claim is: within 60 days since your date of injury or surgery, your claim is pending & you have an accepted injury on your claim or your claim is already accepted, you have not received previous treatment under your claim, and you are not participating in another discipline of treatment on your claim.
If you are unsure if your claim meets the aforementioned requirements, please call our clinic. When calling please be ready to confirm your WSBC claim number & your Personal Health Number (PHN). If your claim does not meet these aforementioned requirements, please be prepared to pay privately until we can confirm with WSBC if they will cover your treatment.
