Crystal Sound Bowl Therapy

Crystal Sound Bowl Therapy Each treatment uses the vibrations produced by Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to promote healing of the body and mind. Throughout each session, Tracy gently strikes or plays the bowls releasing different frequencies creating soothing tones and vibrations. Each vibration induces relaxation, releases tension, and clears energy blockages/stagnation throughout the body. Tracy may also combine additional modalities to enhance one’s healing to encourage deeper physical and emotional healing and enhance one’s sense of spiritual connection.
