These sessions are reserved for clients who have already been accepted for the 8 Week Therapeutic Journey. All sessions will be booked for a 2 hour time slot however individual sessions will vary between 90 min-2 hours and will be confirmed before the appt.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
