A sacred ceremony of hands on bodywork, somatic inquiry and sound healing designed to treat the fullness of your female body: muscular, emotional, energetic and ancestral. It listens to the layers beneath the layers and brings flow, ease and vitality back into places that have been carrying too much for too long. Each session begins with a womb connection ritual followed by deep abdominal, womb, sacral, and lower back massage. The ceremony gently closes with full body wrapping, sound healing and energy work to support the nervous system in down regulating and integrating the session.
