This treatment uses a variety of techniques to assess the structure of the body. Starting with the skeleton, moving to soft tissues and to the cranium to help the body function optimally.
This treatment may include some or all of the techniques that are needed for optimal alignment. Craniosacral, osteopathic adjustments, acupuncture and/or somatic release techniques .

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
