Flexions-Distraction Therapy is a gentle, non-force spinal treatment primarily used to relieve symptoms associated with disc injuries, spinal stenosis, and chronic lower back pain. Using a specially designed table, the spine is rhythmically flexed and distracted to reduce pressure on spinal discs and nerves, promote mobility, and alleviate pain.
Commonly Treated Conditions:
- Lumbar disc herniations/bulges
- Sciatica or leg pain from nerve impingement
- Spinal stenosis
- Facet joint dysfunction
- Chronic low back pain
- Post-surgical spinal pain (where appropriate)
Chiropractic Treatment is a focused treatment on multiple areas by using activator, torque release technique and/or spinal manipulation, which may include, but not limited to: extremities and soft tissue release. ***

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
