In the initial consult a detailed history of your health will be discussed from the intake you complete for us, to get a full picture of your health status. Then we will create an individualized plan that may include diet and lifestyle modifications, botanicals, supplements, acupuncture, etc. As every individual has different health issues, the initial consult will be up to 60 minutes long. Some additional investigations may be needed and a full plan may not be given during the first visit but will be issued no more than two days after the initial visit.
