Cupping and/or Gua Sha
Fire cupping is a traditional Chinese therapy where glass cups are heated with a flame and placed on the skin. As the air inside the cup cools, it creates a vacuum that draws the skin upwards into the cup. This technique promotes circulation, relieves muscle tension, and aids in detoxification.
Body Gua Sha is a therapeutic technique in TCM where a smooth-edged tool made of metal or other materials, is used to scrape the skin. This scraping action helps stimulate circulation, release muscle tension, and promotes blood flow in the body. Gua Sha is commonly used to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and support overall wellness.

En quoi ça consiste
Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
Habituellement réservé pour
Ongoing tension that keeps coming back
A flare-up that changed how you move
Wanting a different approach than exercise alone
