It is important that you have a therapist who you have confidence in. The 15 minute phone consultation is an opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for my approach as a therapist - and you can decide from there what is best for you.
A video call can be arranged if you prefer.
Please note that as of July 20th 2024 counselling fee's for sessions will be $195 per 55 minutes.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
