Belkyra® – Fat Dissolving Injections (Chin/Double Chin)
Belkyra® is a non-surgical injectable treatment that permanently reduces submental fullness (commonly known as a double chin). It uses deoxycholic acid—a molecule that occurs naturally in the body and helps break down dietary fat—to target and eliminate fat cells under the chin.
This treatment is ideal for clients seeking a more contoured chin and jawline without the need for surgery or extended downtime. Each session involves a series of small injections to the area under the chin. Most clients require 2 to 4 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results.
Swelling, tenderness, and bruising are expected after treatment as the fat cells are broken down and naturally removed by the body.
