Cosmetic Sclerotherapy (Spider, Reticular & Small Varicose Veins)
Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive cosmetic treatment used to improve the appearance of spider veins, reticular veins, and select small varicose veins on the legs.
A solution is injected into targeted superficial veins, causing them to gradually fade over several weeks. Treatment is focused on cosmetic improvement.
This service is best suited for smaller surface veins. Larger varicose veins or veins related to underlying reflux are not treated with this procedure.
More than one treatment may be needed depending on the extent of veins and desired result.
If you have symptoms such as leg aching, heaviness, or swelling, underlying vein issues may need to be assessed and treated before cosmetic sclerotherapy.
**Please bring compression socks or leggings to your appointment. Compression should be worn for approximately one week following treatment.**
