Choose this if this is your first treatment with Jocelyn and you would like to explore Acupuncture through a Traditional Chinese Medicine approach. In TCM, we look at the body as a whole and the underlying patterns that may be affecting how you feel. Pain may be part of the treatment, but the focus is on overall balance, nervous system regulation, and internal health.
This visit also includes 30 minutes of relaxation or therapeutic massage to help the body settle and enhance the whole treatment.
This is ideal when symptoms feel more complex, or when stress, sleep, digestion, fatigue, or other patterns are involved.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
