A holistic bio-psycho-social approach to assessment and treatment using a gentle "hands on" therapy in addition to mobility exercises that will address movement dysfunction throughout the whole body and facilitate the integration towards your health and recovery.
Please note that some clients may experience soreness following manual therapy and exercise regardless of how gentle the treatment may endeavor to be.
