Deep tissue massage is a treatment aimed at targeting chronic muscle tension and areas of pain or discomfort in the body. Techniques focus on reaching deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue and using firm pressure to release tension. This massage helps to break up scar tissue, reduce adhesions, and decrease muscle stiffness.
Note: Deep tissue massage is more intense and may involve discomfort as the therapist works to release knots and tightness
