📆 CANCELLATIONS/RE-SCHEDULING:
INITIAL VISITS: For Naturopathic bookings, please note that re-scheduling should be made at least 7 days in advance . You can either call the office or email. If you provide less than 7 days notice, and you wish to re-book, you will be required to pay the FULL cost of the initial visit fee upon re-booking. If you decide to CANCEL altogether, the non-refundable deposit made at the time of booking becomes the cancellation/booking fee.
FOLLOW-UP VISITS: Cancellations/Re-schedules must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance (by Friday for Monday bookings) via phone or email. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the FULL visit FEE. If you’re feeling unwell, we’re happy to switch to a virtual visit at no extra cost. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that a minimum of 48 HOURS NOTICE is required for any bookings or changes involving the Nurse Practitioner.
This policy helps ensure fairness, protects our practitioners’ time, and allows us to offer timely care to others. With adequate notice, we can reach out to patients on our waitlist so they have the opportunity to be seen. Thank you for your understanding and support.
