Hot stone massage is a specialty massage, it follows the same principles of Swedish-Massage with the additional benefits of heated basalt stones. The heat allows for deeper pressure without causing discomfort. The stones are heated in a bath of 130 degree water, stones are selected based on the area being treated.. The treatment will be tailored to clients goals and needs.
Full body hot stone massage is not recommended for people experiencing cardiac problems, circulator issues, loss of nerve sensation, peripheral vascular disease, skin hypersensitivity, and Pregnancy.
