Scar Tissue Massage Therapy
In this focused session, we work specifically on the scar and surrounding tissues. Caring for scar tissue at home is not always easy, and this treatment offers professional support to help you continue that healing process.
Using techniques such as gentle rolling, kneading, myofascial movements, lymphatic stimulation, and occasionally cupping, I work directly with the scar to help soften adhesions, improve mobility, support circulation, and reduce discomfort. This work can also help restore sensation or ease “ghost” sensations sometimes felt after surgery.
This treatment may be beneficial after surgery or injury, or whenever scar tissue feels tight, restricted, or sensitive.
A short, focused session designed to help your body regain ease, mobility, and healthy tissue movement.
