Our hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice, including in cases of illness, emergencies, or unexpected delays. Please note that voicemails and emails left outside of reception hours may not be received in time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. Your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled appointment time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the card on file will be charged the full service fee.
Cancellation fees are equal to the full cost of the booked service.
Please note that we do not offer direct billing.
