Cancellation Policy
Missed appointments (no-show) or cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged in FULL . Please consider your commitment to any online appointment booking carefully to avoid uneccessary charges. Credit cards are required to book online . Your card is safe & encrypted and will only be charged in the event that you miss your appointment or cancel within our 24 hour policy.
We fully understand that “things happen”, however we also respect and value the time of each individual practitioner/health care professional that is expecting you at the scheduled time. We often have waitlists of others that will book the appointment when adequate notice is given.
