If you’re wanting to bring more fluidity to your practice and zen to your clients this workshop is for you! We will cover a 60 minute flow, the techniques come from a variety of styles, some from Lomi Lomi, some from Thai & some of my creations. What brings them together is the enveloping, nurturing feeling they all create.
I ask that you bring:
Drape & cover for the table
Bolster
Comfortable clothing
Massage oil
We will take a break mid way through the day for lunch so you’re welcome to bring something to eat.
A massage table will be provided. I will have flow sheets for everyone. You are welcome to film my demonstration.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
