Kyra is a Physiotherapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Shamanic Practitioner, and fellow mom-to-be who will guide a gentle prenatal yoga practice focused on movement, breath, and relaxation to support your body through pregnancy.
Stay afterward for an optional potluck to connect with other local moms. Bring something to contribute to a shared glory bowl or a dessert to share.
