After you fill out a health questionnaire, our massage therapist will discuss with you your condition and goals. Then, a physical exam will be performed, including movement tests, to identify issues. Treatment plan will be developed.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
