ICBC WE are pleased to continue to ACCEPT ICBC direct billing services for patients. We do not charge a user fee for direct billing of ICBC claim physiotherapy if you book with one of our ICBC specialized physiotherapy practitioners listed below.
WSBC or Work Safe BC We are happy to accept new WSBC claims. For new WSBC claims please call us at 604-983-6616 - please have a valid claim number, your Personal health Number and Date of Accident ready for us to help set up your claim’s billing
Rate Change - We have not raised our rates for some time; however, due to rising costs, a small fee adjustment will take effect on April 13, 2026.

New Online Credit Card Processor - Effective April 28 2026, we will need to update your credit card on file as we have switched our online credit card processing system.
Cancellation policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged full price for a cancellation fee.
