Reiki, meaning "universal life force energy", is a Japanese healing technique that restores balanced energy flow throughout the body. It can heal the cause of a problem at whatever level it may exist; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Kaylan channel's energy into the patient by means of touch to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restores physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki sessions are 45 minutes with a 15 minute reading that she, as your Reiki Practitioner, receive from the treatment as well as an oracle card pull. You will lay on your back on a massage table, fully clothed. Kaylan will use touch on the different chakras of the body to restore balance. After a Reiki session, clients usually feel a sense of relief and leave feeling relaxed and at peace.
