📌 Cancellation & No-Show Policy : *Please Read Before Booking Your Appointment
✅ Cancellations with 24+ Hours’ Notice
- We’re happy to receive cancellations at least 24 hours in advance . This gives us time to offer your spot to another client in need.
❌ Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Shows
- A $50 fee will automatically apply to: Missed appointments (no-shows), Same-day cancellations, or those made less than 24 hours before the appointment
- Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance : Accepted payment methods: Debit, Credit Card, or E-transfer
⚠️ Booking Restrictions
- If a cancellation fee remains unpaid, you will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is cleared.

Private (Extended Health Benefit) Appointments : If this is your first visit, please book an initial session for proper assessment.
ICBC Patients : Please have your claim number ready and write it in your intake form or leave a text message at 604-615-4838. / First-time ICBC patients should book an initial session, while returning patients should book a subsequent session.
Body-Worker (Non-Registered Massage Therapy) Sessions : These are not eligible for extended health benefit claims.
