To be booked for first time, stand alone TMJ treatments. Follow up stand alone treatments can then be booked for 30 minutes.
*Not needed for the 60 or 90 minute TMJ & Massage Combo treatments*
TMJ massage is focused on the muscles located around the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders to reduce pain and tension. This treatment can include both extra-oral (outside of the mouth) and intra-oral (inside the mouth).

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
