A pre-natal massage is a specially adapted gentle and soothing massage tailored specifically for the mother-to-be. It is intended to give support through the many stages of pregnancy. Pregnancy treatment is suggested to commence around 14 weeks to ensure safety and that mom and baby are passed the vulnerable stage. Contraindications for treatment include high risk situations like preeclampsia or high blood pressure.
