Deep Tissue Massage: This is an intensive treatment focused on and designed to address chronic muscle tension and pain. Your therapist will target deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissue by using firm and targeted pressure, focusing on specific problem areas. Some specialized techniques may include trigger point therapy, frictions, and myofascial release. This treatment will help alleviate chronic muscle pain, reduce inflammation, and improve range of motion. Some discomfort may be present during this treatment due to its intensity however, the result is a sense of release and relaxation often providing long lasting relief. A deep tissue massage is suitable for all individuals experiencing chronic pain and tension.
