Integrated Myoskeletal Alignment
Based on the work of Erik Dalton and James Waslaski - a gentle approach to restoring your body's alignment! Please note that this treatment has a high risk of non - negotable homework :)
The session can involve:
- cellular level treatment of scar tissue (dolphin mps)
- positional releases of ligaments
- contract relax exercises or PNF
- hydration of joint capsules through osteo articulations
- mechanical stimulation of neurologically inhibited muscles (myobuddy, thumper)
- low velocity adjustment(s)
- palpation and manual treatment of affected tissues
- homework to create new body habits
Ideally, the session will invoke little to no pain or discomfort for the client to avoid up-regulation of the nervous system! Due to the complexity of our bodies, several sessions may be required for lasting changes.
*Please note, this is a newer service. The therapist may need to reference training manuals, and as such, the price has been reduced to reflect current skill level. Once the therapist has achieved full training, the price will increase to $140 per hour.
