Follow up care with our physiotherapist will include exercises and treatment. The goal of this session is to restore movement and function to any injured area. Our aim is to increase strength as well as reduce pain and discomfort.
Please note an initial appointment is required before booking. A reassessment is required for inactive patients (a year or more since your last appointment).

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
