A 90-minute treatment followed by 20 minutes of uninterrupted rest and integration.
This session is designed to support your nervous system in not only receiving the work, but having time to settle and process. Without needing to immediately return to the outside world.
You’re invited to drift into sleep, rest quietly, or simply be.
This is a space to soften, to integrate, and to return to rest.
Please note that for insurance, receipts reflect 90 minutes of RMT treatment. Integration time is not billable to insurance.

What it is
Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
