How to enter the clinic:
Our clinic is located on the 26th floor of Metrotower II at 4720 Kingsway , within Regus , a shared co-working office space.

After-Hours Instructions:
(Weekdays after 5 PM, Weekends, and Holidays)
If you arrive outside the tower’s regular business hours, please send us a text and wait at the entrance of Tower II. Your therapist will be down shortly to meet you and escort you upstairs.
For the smoothest experience, we recommend arriving no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive too early, your therapist may still be with another patient and will only be able to come down after their session ends. Thank you for your understanding!
Credit Card on File (COF) Policy:
Kindly be aware that a credit card on file is required for all appointments. Rest assured, your information is securely encrypted and kept confidential.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
