Reflexology is a systematic procedure of applying pressure to the feet on specific points to elicit a healing response through the nervous system in corresponding parts of the body. There are approximately 7,000 nerve endings in the human foot and each of them is a reflex point that corresponds to a body part.
The most used, abused, and neglected part of the body is our feet. They are always in motion and over time can make us miserable with pain and discomfort.
