Safety & Efficacy Assessment — Required Step Before Starting Your MAC Package

This is a required clinical step for all clients pursuing a Mushroom-Assisted Care (MAC) Package at Breelove Wellness. During this assessment, our Clinical Traumatologist will review your physical health, emotional history, mental health considerations, and current readiness for working with mushroom-based care, including psilocybin. The goal is to ensure your safety, tailor your protocol to your body’s needs, and provide education and awareness for a supportive foundation for your choices in your care path. Important: You will not be assessed during this booking session itself. After booking, you will receive a separate email within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and office closures) with a link to complete your Safety & Efficacy Assessment Form. Once your form is completed, our care team will carefully review your responses and develop a personalized protocol. No MAC Package is activated until this step is completed. Please book this service only after completing: 1. The MAC Orientation Course 2. A Connection Session with your therapist or coach 3. The MAC Readiness Form has been submitted by your therapist or coach. If you have questions about this process, feel free to contact our Care Coordinator at info@breelove.ca before booking.
