This is a "Deep tissue" treatment. You will be asked to undress to your comfort level, where lotions and oils will be applied.
The gist is, some of it will be therapeutic, and some of it will be relaxing or soothing, but the objective is always to fix and restore.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
