Prior to the appointment you will complete several Wellness Questionnaires so that we can discuss your wellness goals, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, emotional status, and medical history. I will also provide you with a personalized protocol that includes dietary (7-day meal creation), lifestyle and supplement recommendations that are tailored to help you restore balance. This program includes:
o 60-minute Introductory Consultation
o Personalized protocol and 7-day meal creation
o Review of any system imbalances based on your symptoms
o 7-day meal creation
o 15-min follow up phone call to answer any questions
*Clients will receive 10% off the Basic Wellness, Starter or the “I am Committed” Program in the future.
