This visit is ideal for anyone looking for a comprehensive assessment alongside immediate hands-on treatment.
The first 60 minutes focus on a detailed naturopathic consultation, where we explore your main concerns, health history, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and goals. This allows us to understand not just your symptoms, but to form a complete picture of all the interrelated health factors and develop realistic and personalized treatment plan.
Your Naturopathic Doctor will perform a complaint oriented physical exam to provide objective information about your health concern.
Based on all the information gathered, the session transitions into a 40-minute personalized manual therapy treatment or acupuncture, selected in real time to support your immediate needs and begin regulating the body.
This integrative approach helps bridge insight and treatment in the same visit—so you leave with clarity, direction, and therapeutic support already underway.
When will I start to feel better?
Your Naturopathic Doctor's primary goal in working with you is to support you in creating a positive shift towards a state of optimal health. Healing is a process and the timing can vary based on the uniqueness of the individual. At each follow-up consultation your Naturopathic Doctor will re-assess how you are feeling and change the treatment plan accordingly to support your continued movement to a place of healing. We highly recommend that you commit to 6 month treatment plan. Pre-scheduling a follow-up consultation on a regular basis for the next 6 months is suggested to ensure you stay on track to achieving your wellness goals.
