Your first visit begins with a thorough health intake, which includes a pulse assessment, tongue
diagnosis, and assessment of the affected channels. Depending on your preferences and what’s
best for your treatment goals, Jennifer may remain present throughout the session or offer quiet
time for you to relax with the needles in place. Whether you're new to acupuncture or seeking
relief for subborn symptoms, or needing to reconnect with your own inner harmony, sessions are
designed to feel safe, respectful, and empowering. We move at your pace, honoring your
boundaries and your story.
