At this appointment we will review your child's main concerns and health history, including their diet, lifestyle, sleep and more. We will also discuss a treatment plan. If your child has had any blood work, imaging or other lab testing that has been completed over the past 6 months or that may be relevant to your child's concerns, please bring in a copy, if you are able.
