The goal of RAPID is to stimulate the neurological system in order to restore normal function. RAPID sessions combine patient movement with precise depth and tension to hypersensitive areas and can be uncomfortable.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
