(also known as Collagen Induction Therapy) is a minimally
invasive cosmetic treatment that uses fine, sterilized needles to puncture the skin
and create a controlled skin injury. This promotes your body to make more collagen
and elastin, which improves the texture and appearance of your skin. This treatment
is used to treat scars, stretch marks, signs of aging (e.g., wrinkles), melasma, and
enlarged pores. RD Harmony includes the use of hyaluronic acid with this treatment.
Pre-care Instructions: • Avoid NSAID use 1 week prior to procedure (Alleve, Ibuprofen,
Naproxen, Advil). • Please prepare for the procedure by eating a full meal at least 2-3
hours beforehand. • Drink plenty of fluids the day of and day prior to procedure.
