Please note that all ICBC Acupuncture appointments will have an applicable user fee due to the discrepancies in private healthcare rates and the prescribed ICBC rates. Clients with extended health coverage may be able to submit their user fee portion to their private insurance for reimbursement. However, we are unable to submit to extended health benefits on your behalf.
Please note: We do not direct bill for ICBC claims. Clients are welcome to book with us and submit their receipts for reimbursement through their claims.
