24-hour Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the therapist’s schedule that could have accommodated another patient. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Should you need to modify or cancel an existing appointment, we encourage you to do so promptly by signing in to your online account. Any changes within 24 hours of your scheduled session must be done by phone (236-429-6360) or email (info@calmino.ca). Please note that patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice or miss their appointment entirely will be charged the full session fee.
WorkSafeBC : We regret to inform clients that our clinic is unable to address WorkSafeBC claims.
No Direct Billing: Our clinic currently does not offer direct billing services for insurance, ICBC, or WorkSafeBC. Following your payment, a comprehensive receipt will be provided, containing all necessary information for reimbursement through your insurance provider in accordance with your policy’s terms and benefits.
