Best for: Active military members or Veterans who have received a Medical Questionnaire from Veterans Affairs Canada. The purpose of this appointment is to review and document clinical findings related to an existing or newly reported condition. The chiropractor will complete a focused health review and any relevant physical assessments. Based on the findings, the required documentation will be completed during or following the appointment. This visit is *assessment-only* and does not include treatment. If care is recommended, a treatment plan will be discussed and scheduled separately.
