If you decide to order the orthotics, we will do a foam cast of your feet on this day.
Custom Foot Orthotics cost $450 for one pair and $675 for two. Payment is due when ordered.
We will give you receipts and documents needed to claim for reimbursement from your insurance company when we dispense the orthotics to you 2-4 weeks after ordering.
