Tui Na Massage is a Chinese style of massage that involves stretching, rubbing, pushing, rolling and kneading to support the body's vital qi, relieve pain, heal injuries and reduce inflammation. Acupressure points are incorporated and pressed along meridians to unblock stagnant qi and improve circulation. This treatment is invigorating, energizing and relaxing.
After 30 minutes of Tui Na Massage, the client will receive the NADA protocol of 5 needles in the ears. This protocol is extremely regulating for the nervous system, regulates stress and calms the mind.
