Spinal Energetics is a healing modality that addresses the trauma that is held in your spine. As the energy is being released from your body, you may express it in a physical way - hands and feet may shake, your body can flow on the table, you may feel twitches, and you might lay entirely still. There is a bit of magic in these sessions and your body will take what it needs. This is similar to a Reiki session, but it is a more intensive release. Spinal Energetics finds you when you're looking to really let go and move forward.
Prior to Session: Please dress comfortably for your session, remove any jewelry, smart watches, and any other technology, and drink lots of water!
After Session: Spinal Energetics is an intensive healing modality. For a few days after your session, you may feel dizziness, vertigo, nausea, or lack of groundedness while your energy settles. This is all normal and will fade away. If anything does come up, please do not hesitate to reach out to me anytime.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
